Leprino Foods—Greeley, Colorado
Shear Engineering Corporation provided structural engineering services to review and approve a specially manufactured stainless steel support structure meant to support the Krofta Supracell SPC-33 wastewater clarifier for Leprino Foods. Due to the specific application and requirements from the client, a specialized stainless steel structure was required. Leprino Foods is in the final phases of planning a new $270 million dollar food processing plant. The new Leprino Foods company plant will be located at 1302 North 1st Avenue in Greeley, Colorado. The project consisted of the analysis of the support frame and stair access platform assemblies; including bolting, welding and post and beam components.

Tract 23, Murray Hills Estates 3rd Filing — Cheyenne, Wyoming
Shear Engineering Corporation provided the foundation design for a 5KW wind turbine and 12m tall tower at 8818 Sherman Mountain Road in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Services provided included tower foundation design, foundation excavation and pier foundation reinforcing placement observations. Shear Engineering also directed excavation modifications in the field to account for an error in the size of the anchor bolt template provided by the manufacturer.  Construction was completed in 2011.

Good Samaritan Society—Loveland, CO
Shear Engineering Corporation provided foundation design and construction inspections for several columbariums at the Good Samaritan Society, in Loveland, Colorado. Construction was completed in 2009.

3908 Woodchuck Drive—Loveland, CO
Shear Engineering Corporation provided structural consultation for an 80'-0" tall residential wind turbine tower at 3908 Woodchuck Drive, Loveland Colorado. Services provided included tower connection review, guy wire support review, wind calculations, and foundation review. Construction was completed in 2007.
